The chance #yourrole

Tranzformd is partnering with a well-known retail organisation to engage a PMO Lead on an initial 9-month contract. Working closely with project and business stakeholders, you'll help drive effective portfolio governance, reporting, planning, and delivery support across a range of initiatives. Your role will include:

- Supporting portfolio governance and reporting activities
- Coordinating project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Preparing executive-level reporting and status updates
- Monitoring project performance and delivery metrics
- Facilitating key governance forums and stakeholder meetings
- Maintaining project documentation and PMO standards
- Assisting with resource planning, financial tracking, and forecasting
- Driving continuous improvement across PMO processes and ways of working

You will bring:

- Experience working within a PMO, project coordination, project support, or PMO Lead capacity
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience preparing governance packs, reporting, and project documentation




- Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and portfolio management practices
