About the role

Permanent part-time position (4 days per week) at Star Street Medical Centre, a busy, well-established general practice in Macksville.

The Practice

Nurse will perform mixed clinical nursing duties and contribute to chronic disease management.

Key responsibilities

- Wound care, suture removal, injections, ECGs, spirometry, ABPIs, iron infusions, venesections, and assisting with procedures

- Chronic disease management including Health assessments and care plan preparation

About you

- Registered Nurse preferred (Enrolled Nurses are welcome to apply)

- Nurse Immuniser qualification preferred. Applicants without this qualification must be willing to complete the required training

- Compassionate, organised and able to thrive in a busy environment

- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

- Comfortable using computers and learning recent systems

- General practice experience is an advantage, but not essential
