Role Description The Pre-Site Construction Assistant's role is a full time, position based out of CMA's North Lakes Office. Day-to-day tasks include assisting the Contracts & Building Approvals teams in ordering and following up on construction documentation such as Soil & Surveys, Energy Efficiency Reports, Slab Design, Plan Variations etc.



Maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems; and coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders such as suppliers and subcontractors will also be the responsibility of the team member looking after this role.

Qualifications

- Prior experience with volume home building or residential construction in the Greater Brisbane or South East Queensland market.
- Experience in contract assistance, construction administration, client liaison or a similar role within residential building.
- Strong skills in document management, contract preparation, and compliance tracking, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects.
- Understanding of residential building.
- Ability to work collaboratively, contribute to positive team culture, and demonstrate a customer-focused mindset.
