We are seeking an passionate Primary Educator (Prep) who brings pedagogical excellence, creative energy, and a heart for Christian education to our vibrant College community. In this role, you will inspire young minds through Australian Curriculum-aligned instruction grounded in a Biblical Worldview, while cultivating an inclusive environment where every student thrives.

Key Responsibilities

Core Pedagogy & Curriculum Delivery

- Design and implement innovative, differentiated learning experiences for Prep students,



aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
- Integrate a Biblical Worldview across all learning areas to actively support and promote the College ethos.
- Utilize evidence-based pedagogical strategies to monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress through clear feedback and formal parent communication.
- Seamlessly embed ICT into daily instruction to enhance engagement and digital literacy.

Classroom Culture & Student Support

- Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and well-organized classroom that inspires curiosity and accommodates diverse learning needs.
- Implement proactive, positive behavior management strategies to maintain a respectful and safe learning environment.
- Foster strong, compassionate, and professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Team-oriented & College Contribution

- Work adaptively within a dynamic team of educators, actively participating in staff meetings and continuous professional growth.
- Support the broader school community by contributing to extracurricular activities, and key College events.

Candidates will:

- Hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (or have the ability to acquire registration before commencement).
- Affirm and agree with the College's Statement of Doctrines and Beliefs and Staff Code of Conduct.
