ACM Healthcare is partnering with a leading Victorian specialist mental health service to recruit two Principal Psychologists into newly created senior leadership roles.

About the role

You'll provide clinical and operational leadership across specialist psychology services, while continuing to maintain a clinical component.

Key responsibilities

- Provide leadership, supervision and mentoring to psychologists and students
- Deliver advanced assessment, formulation and intervention for complex and high-risk presentations
- Lead therapeutic programs, service improvement and clinical governance initiatives
- Support multidisciplinary teams and recovery-oriented care
- Help shape psychology services during an exciting period of service growth and development

About you

- General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Forensic Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology from an APAC-accredited program
- Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical, Forensic or Neuropsychology, or eligibility to obtain endorsement




- Approximately 10 years' post-qualification clinical/forensic experience as a registered psychologist
- Board Approved Supervisor status
- Strong leadership, supervision and complex mental health experience
