Procurement Officer

Greenacre, NSW | Full-time, Permanent | $90,000 + Super

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a well-established FMCG manufacturer based in Greenacre to find a Procurement Officer to join their growing operations team.

This is more than a transactional buying role — we're looking for someone who genuinely understands supply and demand planning, and who's comfortable managing long manufacturer lead times of anywhere from 6 to 14 weeks. You'll work closely with an existing team member to keep supply flowing smoothly and support the site through an ongoing ERP rollout.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing end-to-end procurement and supply planning across a range of raw materials and packaging
- Planning around extended manufacturer lead times (6-14 weeks) to ensure continuity of supply
- Working closely with the wider operations team to align supply with production needs
- Using Microsoft Dynamics (AX)



and Excel to manage purchasing, forecasting and reporting
- Supporting the site through the final stages of an ERP system rollout

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in a procurement or supply planning role, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong Excel skills, non-negotiable
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) highly regarded
- A planning mindset — someone who can think ahead rather than just react
- Comfortable working full-time from the Greenacre site
