Procurement Specialist – Infrastructure Services

Brisbane CBD | 6 Month Contract | $850/day + Super | Hybrid

Cozens Mabel is partnering with a leading resources organisation to recruit an experienced Procurement Specialist to support the Infrastructure Services category in Brisbane.

This is initially a 6-month contract, with potential for extension or the opportunity to move into a permanent role.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and operational services.

The role

- Lead end-to-end sourcing and tender activities
- Develop sourcing strategies and support category plans
- Manage commercial evaluations, negotiations and contract awards
- Support contract implementation, variations and supplier performance
- Identify cost, productivity and value improvement opportunities
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Support contract governance and commercial reporting

Category exposure may include:
- Mining workforce accommodation and villages
- Facilities management
- Airports and aviation services
- Ground transport and logistics
- Waste and environmental services
- Vegetation and land services




- Security and emergency management services

About you You will have strong end-to-end sourcing and tendering experience, good commercial and negotiation skills and be confident working with a broad range of stakeholders.

Experience within mining, resources, infrastructure, construction, utilities or energy would be highly regarded but not a must.
