We’re looking for an experienced Bulk Production Chef to join our team at our Brookvale facility on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

About the Role As a Bulk Production Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-volume meals while ensuring consistent quality, presentation, food safety and adherence to recipes and production specifications.

You’ll work closely with our production team to ensure daily targets are met while maintaining our high standards.

About You

We’re looking for a Chef who is organised, reliable and confident working in a high-volume environment.

You will have

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Previous experience as a qualified Chef
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in high-volume/bulk food production
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control
- The ability to accurately follow recipes and production specifications
- Excellent time management and organisational skills




- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to stay calm and perform under pressure
- Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 25kg
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
