Our Dairy Manufacturing and Distribution facility located in the heart of Central Wagga has an opportunity for a collaborative and highly motivated self-starter to join our team in a full-time Production Operator role.

The successful applicant will be required to work Day shift, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. This is a secure, permanent position working with an experienced and friendly team in a busy and dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities are varied and include;

- Operating a blow mould bottle former, bottle filling or tetrapak filling machine and downstream packing equipment;
- Documentation and record keeping;
- GMP, Quality, safety & hygiene control;
- Meeting production targets;
- Manual handling/stacking of finished product;
- Monitoring and reducing waste.

Key Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely.




- Be highly focussed on safety, quality & hygiene compliance.
- Be highly focussed on production targets and efficiency.
- Effective communication skills.
- Trouble shooting skills and ability to use initiative.
- Experience working in an FMCG environment is preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to work shift work.
- Availability to work public holidays as required.
- Ability to work occasional overtime if required.
- Ability to work unsupervised when required.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
