Production Support Administrator Location: South of the River

Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract (with potential to move into a longer-term opportunity)

An established organisation is seeking a highly organised, detail-focused administrator to support a busy Planning & Production environment. This is a non-technical, administration-focused role supporting production teams by keeping work packs, records and systems accurate, compliant and progressing on time.

What you’ll be doing

- Printing, preparing and distributing work packs and job documentation
- Administrative checks to ensure Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) and supporting documents meet quality requirements
- Progressing work packs/work orders and following up actions to support schedule adherence
- Work pack closeout, including system entry and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
- Liaising with production teams, planning and stores to support material coordination and remove admin burden from technical staff




- Coordinating admin aspects of unscheduled corrective maintenance tasks when allocated
- General operational administration in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in an administrative role within a team-based, customer service environment
- Strong computer skills (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel) and accurate data entry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Transparent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong judgement, professionalism, and attention to detail with a compliance mindset
- Experience coordinating controlled documentation such as work packs, job packs, drawings, or maintenance files
