Role Description The Professional Waiter is responsible for delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient table service in a fine-dining setting. Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional, courteous interaction.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service, preferably in fine-dining or high-end restaurant environments.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening with guests and team members.
- Basic Cooking knowledge or understanding of culinary techniques to accurately describe menu items and support guest choices.
- Previous experience as a waiter or server in a quality restaurant setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and reliability, with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and service flow.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
