We are currently seeking experienced professionals to support participant engagement and communication activities in a remote independent contractor capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Participant Communication

Communicate professionally with individuals who have expressed interest in leadership and professional development programs. Provide information regarding program pathways and respond to general enquiries using established communication guidelines.

Engagement Support

Support participant engagement through timely communication, follow-up activities, and adherence to approved processes and procedures.

Systems &

- Administration

Utilize CRM platforms, video conferencing software, email, and other approved digital tools to manage workflow, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day operational activities.

Training &

- Development

Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities related to communication, leadership development, and specific processes.

Professional Relationship Management





Build and maintain positive professional relationships while adhering to established standards, policies, and communication practices.
