The opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:

- Liaise with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of structural steel projects
- Monitor project progress, identify issues early, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources
- Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, budgets, and compliance records
- Work closely with the design team to interpret plans and specifications
- Provide practical support to site teams and ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards





You’ll be a key link between design, procurement, and site delivery—helping projects run smoothly from planning through to completion.

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination or site management within the construction or structural steel industry
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project management software and documentation tools
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (highly desirable)
