Role Description
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects. The role involves working closely with project managers, team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project activities are properly coordinated and completed according to agreed objectives, timelines, and requirements.
Key responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, meetings, action items, deliverables, and documentation. The Project Coordinator will assist with maintaining project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies, monitoring project progress, and preparing regular status updates and reports. The role also involves following up on outstanding actions and ensuring relevant information is communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will support project governance and administrative processes, maintain accurate project records, prepare meeting materials and documentation, and assist with identifying potential risks, issues, and delays. The role will also contribute to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of project coordination, project management principles, and project delivery processes .
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate project schedules, meetings, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of project reporting, status tracking, risk monitoring, and basic project governance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear meeting notes, reports, and project updates.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and functions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and responsible mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Strong commitment to organization, effective communication, quality, and successful project delivery.
