Senior Project Manager / Project Director | Landmark Residential Development

I'm currently partnering with an established, privately owned developer-builder to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a landmark residential development in Sydney's North West.

This is a career-defining opportunity to lead the delivery of a $350M+ mixed-use residential project, taking ownership from early construction through to completion. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll lead the project team while driving programme, commercial outcomes and overall project performance.

This role will suit a proven delivery professional who enjoys leading large teams, mentoring Project Managers and Contract Administrators, and building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

The Opportunity

- Lead the delivery of a landmark $350M+ mixed-use development
- Oversee programme, commercial performance and project delivery
- Manage and mentor a high-performing project team
- Drive procurement, risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Work closely with executive leadership throughout the project lifecycle




- Long-term pipeline of major projects beyond this development

About You

- Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $200M+
- Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director
- Strong background within a Tier 1, Tier 2 or developer-builder environment
- Excellent leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to successfully deliver large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
