About the Role:

As our Project Manager / Production Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects - from design to installation. You'll work closely with clients, the sales team, trades and factory staff to ensure projects run smoothly, on time and to MKN's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct onsite meetings in customers' homes to guide them through the installation process.
- Accurately gather site measurements and assess potential challenges - proposing effective solutions.
- Work with our drafting team to review and oversee project drawings before production.
- Schedule and coordinate the production and installation of client projects.
- Organise trades and services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with our sales team to bring their concepts to life.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Create and manage purchase orders.




- Work with suppliers to confirm pricing and availability.
- Manage post-installation customer service and follow-ups.
- Oversee stock levels in accordance with our stock management procedures.
- Ensure each project aligns with company policies and procedures.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while minimising disruption for our clients.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with customers throughout the process.

Skills and Experience:

- Excellent people and communication skills - you know how to build rapport with staff, clients and trades.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
- Professional in appearance and approach.
- Experience in cabinetry or kitchen manufacturing essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
