Project Manager | Superannuation & Technology | Melbourne or Sydney

IQ Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong Superannuation and Technology background to join our Sydney and or Melbourne consulting practice. The Opportunity

As IQ Group continues to grow, we are partnering with clients to deliver a range of strategic transformation and technology programs.

We are seeking a Project Manager who understand both the Superannuation industry and the technology environments that underpin it.

You will work across complex technology transformation and delivery programs, including platform implementations and upgrades, system integrations, technology migrations, application and infrastructure change, digital transformation, data initiatives and regulatory-driven technology change, while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes.

We're particularly interested in Project Managers who bring:

- Strong Superannuation industry experience – this is essential




- Strong Technology and IT project delivery experience across business and technology environments
- 3+ years' Project Management experience delivering complex business and technology projects
- Experience delivering projects within Agile and/or hybrid environments
- Technology implementations and integrations
- Experience managing internal technology teams and external third-party vendors
- Strong understanding of the relationship between business requirements, technology solutions and project delivery
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in complex, multifaceted environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage confidently with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and programs
