Specialising in the delivery of design-focused fitout, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects, their portfolio includes hotels, pubs & clubs, universities, hospitals, specialist medical, rcommercial offices, and retail/leisure.

With a significant portion of their work coming through direct negotiation with key clients, their QLD business leverages repeat relationships with clients including ALH, Aus Venue Co, Endeavour Group, Merivale, Bunnings, Woolworths, Regis, Ramsay Health, Accor Hotels, Wesfarmers, Toyota, Iris Capital, and various universities and private schools.

The Role:As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects end-to-end, also being engaged throughout the Preconstruction, Design, and Project Planning phases to ensure each client's specific requirements are understood and translated during the delivery of projects.





This will include leading D&C; and ECI engagements as part of the QLD Senior Leadership Team, while also work closely with the group's Preconstruction and Design Teams nationally.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PM capacity managing the delivery of commercial (or similar) fitout/refurbishment/construction projects valued up to 10mil - D&C; experience is preferable.
- Experience leading client interactions throughout the preconstruction/D&C;/ECI processes.
- Robust understanding of the associated design/D&C;, fitout, refurbishment methodologies in live environments, as well as commercial contract management functions.
