- Contract until June 2027
- Attractive hourly pay rate of $42.90 - $70.80 per hour + super
- Working 35 – 40 hours per week
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days WFH + 2 days in Parramatta office)

Purpose of the role: Working on community-impacting projects, these roles will support the delivery of several EV grant programs. The positions are responsible for assessing grant applications and acquittals, evidence and documentation review, stakeholder communication and day-to-day program operations.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including strata committees, applicants and industry representatives, to ensure programs are delivered efficiently, transparently and in line with program guidelines.

The roles will also contribute to consumer information and engagement activities, including community events, conferences relating to EV uptake.

Key Accountabilities:

- Undertake grant application assessment and acquittal activities in accordance with relevant program guidelines and assessment plans.
- Review applications, supporting documentation and project evidence to determine whether program and funding requirements have been met.
- Support the assessment of completed grant projects and review evidence required before grant payments are processed.
- Use established grant administration systems and processes, including SmartyGrants, to maintain accurate and complete program records.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project support across EV grant programs,



managing competing priorities and workloads.
- Liaise with applicants, grantees and other external stakeholders, responding to enquiries and supporting effective program delivery.
- Contribute to monitoring and improvement activities, including collating data, maintaining accurate records, and providing input to program reviews, dashboards and evaluation to support evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Manage and support stakeholder engagement with strata committees and other partners, and maintaining transparent written records of decisions and interactions throughout the program lifecycle.
- Represent the department on a range of forums to provide analysis and advice on operational activities ensuring consistency with government policy and legislative requirements.

Essential requirements:

- Demonstrated experience supporting grants, funding programs or similar program administration, including application assessment, acquittals or evidence/documentation review.
- Strong project and administrative skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and deliver agreed outcomes on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with a range of stakeholders.
- For one of the positions, knowledge or experience of strata, owners corporations and strata committee processes will be highly regarded.
