Project Manager | Superannuation & Technology | Melbourne or Sydney IQ Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid Superannuation and Technology background to join our Sydney and or Melbourne consulting practice.

This is an opportunity to work with leading organisations across Superannuation, Wealth Management and Financial Services, delivering complex business and technology transformation programs.

The Opportunity

As IQ Group continues to grow, we are partnering with clients to deliver a range of strategic transformation and technology programs. We are seeking Project Managers who understand both the Superannuation industry and the technology environments that underpin it.

You will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through to delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks and stakeholders while ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients.

You will work across complex programs involving business transformation, technology change, platforms, systems, regulatory change, migrations and operational improvement.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in Project Managers who bring:

- Strong Superannuation industry experience – this is essential
- Strong Technology and IT project delivery experience across business and technology environments
- 3+ years' Project Management experience delivering complex business and technology projects




- Experience delivering projects within Agile and/or hybrid environments
- Proven experience managing complex Superannuation projects, including areas such as:
- Regulatory and legislative change
- Superannuation platforms and system implementations
- Successor Fund Transfers (SFTs) and migrations
- Product change and transformation
- Process and operational change
- Technology implementations and integrations

- Experience managing internal technology teams and external third-party vendors
- Strong understanding of the relationship between business requirements, technology solutions and project delivery
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in complex, multifaceted environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage confidently with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and programs
