Moreton Hire is expanding and we’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join the team and support the delivery of high-profile events and exhibitions.

The role:

- Support Account Managers and Project Teams across major events and exhibitions
- Assist with client coordination, quoting and project admin
- Help manage event delivery from planning through to on-site execution
- Liaise with operations, logistics and suppliers to keep projects on track
- Ensure high standards of service, accuracy and attention to detail

About you:

- Organised, proactive and detail-focused
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in events, exhibitions, or a coordination role is ideal
- Work on some of Australia’s leading events and exhibitions
- Strong pipeline of ongoing work and growth opportunities opportunities
