About the Role An exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to support a large-scale digital transformation program. You will work closely with the Program Test Manager to coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring ICT solutions meet business requirements and are ready for production.

This role is well suited to someone with experience in ICT-enabled business change, business analysis, project support, or change coordination who is looking further to develop a career in project management or business change.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Program Test Manager in planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Assist with the development of Acceptance Testing plans and schedules.
- Monitor test execution and prepare testing status reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders throughout UAT preparation and execution.
- Coordinate test execution activities and facilitate defect triage sessions.
- Liaise with stakeholders to track and resolve testing defects.
- Prepare updates for Agile stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure ICT solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria prior to production deployment.

Highly desirable criteria

- Minimum one year of experience working on large, complex digital transformation programs within Federal Government, State Government, or large commercial organisations.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or enterprise testing activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project setting.




- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across multiple teams.
