Located at Essendon Fields within a broader manufacturing precinct, our workplace is design-led, collaborative, and supportive. This role is based primarily within our factory environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality modular residential projects from concept through to completion.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with robust commercial construction or modular housing experience to oversee factory-based project delivery.

Reporting to the Construction Manager (Factory VIC), you will act as the key link between Project Managers, trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring modules are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your experience in commercial construction will be essential in interpreting drawings, coordinating trades, and ensuring compliance with Australian building standards while maintaining program and production targets.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Supervising modular construction activities within the factory environment
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, materials, and internal labour resources
- Ensuring works are completed in line with construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitoring progress and providing updates to the Project Manager
- Enforcing strict adherence to OH&S; requirements and Modscape safety systems
- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring defect-free handover standards
- Planning and sequencing works to align with production schedules




- Supporting resolution of site/factory issues and driving practical construction solutions

What you’ll bring

- Trade qualification in building, carpentry, joinery, or equivalent construction experience
- Proven supervisory experience in residential construction, modular housing, or similar built-form delivery
- Strong understanding of commercial building methods, codes, and Australian Standards
- Ability to read and interpret residential drawings, plans, and specifications
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on commercial build quality, finishes, and defect prevention
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to guide and support site/factory teams
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management capability
- Commitment to safety and quality in construction environments
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- White Card and current driver’s licence (essential)
- Additional safety tickets (e.g. Working at Heights, First Aid) highly regarded
