An opportunity has become available for a Property Assets Support person within the Site Services Team. We are looking for a trustworthy individual to join our growing business, with this role ideally suited to an individual who has worked in a property related field including real estate, architecture or the construction industry. This role would also be suited to university students who are looking to gain experience in the quantity surveying /construction field.

The role of the Property Assets Support person includes property inspections and face to face customer service with clients and property managers. The primary objective is to enhance the overall customer service experience by addressing issues promptly whilst maintaining high service standards and fostering long-term loyalty. We are looking for someone who is well presented, highly motivated, adaptable, eager to learn, has a great attitude and is willing to drive business growth through effective service delivery and sales initiatives.

The role requires regular travel, to local and rural locations with some possible interstate travel on occasion;

therefore, a level of flexibility is required to be successful.

Your Role

Regular monitoring of Google calendar and Google Maps before attending a property Property Inspections of residential and commercial properties

Taking measurements of buildings through use of a laser measurer, measuring tape or measuring wheel

Gathering of information whilst conducting the property

Uploading of information, photos, floor plan sketches relating to each property inspection





Liaising with clients / property managers / tenants / property owners / builders, as required

Identifying sales opportunities during customer interactions, promoting additional services aligning with customer needs

Collaborate with internal sales, administration and technical teams to address customer needs

Local, Rural and Interstate travel, as required

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulations and company policies during all property visits and customer interactions

Skills Required

Spatial Awareness: Interpret 3D buildings into 2D drawings I.e. floor plan sketching

Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes and identify areas for improvement

Part-Time Position with the potential for Full time in the future A valid Australian Drivers Licence is required

Customer Services Experience not essential but is desirable

Sales Experience is beneficial
