The Role

As a key member of our rental department, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio while building strong, lasting relationships with rental providers and renters.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing your property portfolio from day to day
- Monitoring rent arrears, maintenance and compliance
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Liaising with rental providers and renters to ensure properties are managed smoothly and efficiently
- Conducting routine and final inspections
- Negotiating lease renewals and rent increases
- Negotiating bond releases
- Representing rental providers at VCAT, where required




- Providing a consistently high level of customer service

About You We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding results for their clients.

You will have

- At least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid attention to detail and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Victorian real estate market, legislation and compliance requirements
- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Basic knowledge of PropertyMe is favourable
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service
- A valid driver’s licence.
