Property Manager | Industrial & Logistics A leading owner, developer and manager of industrial and logistics property is looking for a Property Manager to join its NSW team.
Working alongside the Asset Manager, you will run a designated portfolio across NSW and SA, with a real focus on customer relationships, occupancy and retention.
The role
- Tenant relationship management, correspondence and make good negotiations
- Budgeting, business plans and monthly income and expense reforecasting
- Monthly NOI reporting with accurate variance commentary
- Outgoings recovery estimates and annual reconciliations
- Overseeing external Facilities Managers, approving POs and invoices
- Lease administration, arrears management and system data integrity
About you
- 3 to 5 years' in industrial and/or commercial property management
- Tertiary property qualification
- Yardi experience preferred, not essential
- Robust communicator who enjoys the customer side of the role
Base: $125k inc super
