Harcourts Gawler are looking for a Full Time Licensed Property Manager to join an established team with an open portfolio. Currently we have 2 x Property Managers, 2 x Property Manager Assistants, an Administrator and a hands on Business Owner and seeking another Property Manager to join our highly motivated and fun team.

We offer a competitive salary with access to 24/7 Vehicle and Work Phone. Note we do not give mobile numbers to Landlords or Tenants.

Extremely rare after hours work required, if at all.

Preferred requirements

- Drivers Licence
- SA Property Management Licence
- Minimum of 2 years experience either as a Property Manager or Property Manager Assistant
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong Attention to Detail





Duties will include but not limited to:
- Routine Inspections
- Ingoing and Final Inspections
- Organising Repairs and Maintenance when required - mainly done by the Maintenance Coordinator
- Communication with Landlords, Tenants and Tradespeople
- Showing of properties
- Tenant Application Processing
- Sign Up of recent tenants
- Bond Lodgements & Finalisation
- Insurance Claims
- Tribunal Hearings
