Your Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants by delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to enhance the property management experience.
- Drive new business growth through proactive referrals, networking, outreach, and industry engagement.
- Deliver a seamless transition and exceptional client experience.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, working collaboratively with contractors, owners and tenants to achieve positive outcomes.
- Review inspection reports prepared by our dedicated inspections team and communicate recommendations to clients.
- Addressing client and tenant inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate closely with our wider team to deliver a consistently high standard of service across every client interaction.

Salary is based on experience, plus super.
