Our office is based at beautiful Haliday Bay, with our properties and clients spread across the Hibiscus Coast and greater Mackay region.

Full-time Part-time Family-friendly hours available

This is a varied role combining property management with sales and marketing support — perfect for someone who enjoys property and people and doesn't want to spend every day sitting behind a desk.

We’re flexible about how the role could look. It could be full-time, part time or structured around family-friendly hours for the right person.

The role could include:

✨ Routine, entry and exit inspections

✨ Assisting with our permanent rental portfolio

✨ Inspection Express reporting

✨ Owner, tenant and trades liaison

✨ Matterport 3D property scanning

✨ Preparing new properties for sale and rent

✨ Assisting with open homes and buyer inspections

✨ Sales and marketing support

✨ Property photography and content gathering

✨ Property visits and maintenance follow-up

✨ Assisting with our short-term accommodation properties

✨ General property and sales administration

You don't need years of experience.

We’re very happy to consider someone relatively new to property management or real estate. We can train you in our systems,



equipment and processes.

What we're really looking for is someone who is:

Organised, reliable and proactive

Comfortable with technology

Happy working in the office AND out at properties

A good communicator

Able to use initiative and solve problems

Keen to learn and grow with our business

A genuine team player

Previous real estate or property management experience and registration would be an advantage, but the right attitude and fit with our team are just as important. This is an opportunity to work across property management, sales, marketing and short-term accommodation in a small, growing independent agency where no two days are quite the same.
