The Property & City Design Branch supports the management and development of Council's property portfolio. The Property Team coordinates leasing, licensing, acquisitions, disposals and other property transactions while maintaining accurate records and compliant processes.

About the Position

The Property Support Officer provides administrative and operational support for property transactions, projects and portfolio management activities. You will maintain property records and registers, coordinate workflows, respond to routine enquiries and assist Property Officers with documentation, reporting and transaction milestones.

Skills and Experience

- Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in property, local government or a similar environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, manage routine tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record keeping
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a professional customer service approach
- Ability to follow established processes, use sound judgement and escalate complex matters appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems and maintaining databases or registers

Requirements

- Certificate,



Diploma or relevant administrative training is desirable
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence is desirable
- Satisfactory National Police Check
- Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements
