About Access Therapy Group

Access Therapy Group is a national telehealth allied health practice providing ongoing therapy and capacity-building supports to NDIS participants across Australia. Our multidisciplinary team provides Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology and Dietetics, supporting children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of disabilities, goals and support needs.

Our purpose is simple: to help people build their capacity, confidence and independence at a pace that works for them, while making therapy straightforward, accessible and easy to engage with.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for Registered Psychologists interested in flexible telehealth contractor work within the NDIS sector. We have clients ready to commence, with the opportunity to build an ongoing caseload around your availability.

The Role





- Provide psychological assessment and ongoing therapy to adolescents and adults within the NDIS sector
- Develop meaningful, person-centred therapy goals
- Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions tailored to individual needs
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and support ongoing client engagement
- Monitor and review progress and adjust interventions as required
- Maintain transparent and appropriate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, carers, Support Coordinators and other treating professionals where appropriate

About You

You will have:
- A recognised tertiary qualification in your Psychology
- Current full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Your own ABN and appropriate qualified insurance
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently within your professional scope
- Relevant NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children clearances, or willingness to obtain them

NDIS, disability and telehealth experience is desirable.
