You will be a Public Administrative Law Litigation Lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level.
Your new role
As part of the Government & Administrative Law team Nationally, you will enjoy a team-oriented approach to your learning and development.
Advise and represent Commonwealth Officers, Departments and agencies on sound decision-making procedures, statutory interpretation, policy development and access to information. Be involved in all aspects of project management associated with large scale matters, and conduct high profile Royal Commissions and Coronial Inquests.
Provide volume litigation services to public and government clients across a range of judicial and merits review matters.
