YOUR NEW COMPANY BreezEQ Accounting is a growing public practice based at the Nexus Hub in North Wyong. Known for practical, jargon-free advice and strong client relationships, the firm has experienced significant growth over the past two years.

That growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant who wants more than another portfolio role. You'll work closely with the Director, have genuine influence across the practice and, for the right person, have the opportunity to progress towards partnership.

YOUR RECENT ROLE

You'll manage a portfolio of business clients while taking a senior role within the team, including:

- Managing and building trusted relationships with your clients
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and BAS




- Providing tax planning and practical business advice
- Reviewing work and mentoring less experienced accountants
- Managing workflow to ensure deadlines and client commitments are met
- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and internal processes

ABOUT YOU You'll have solid Australian public practice experience and be ready to take greater ownership of clients and contribute to the broader firm.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- 5+ years' Australian public practice experience
- CA or CPA qualification, or be well progressed
- Strong tax, compliance and financial reporting experience
- Confidence managing clients and communicating with business owners
- The ability to review work and support developing accountants
- A proactive, commercial approach and an interest in progressing your career

You don't need to already be a manager. A strong Senior Accountant ready for more responsibility could be an excellent fit.
