Role Description The QA Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) will work full time in a remote capacity, supporting the quality assurance processes for engineering-related digital tools and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing manual testing, reviewing functionalities, and validating that systems and workflows meet defined quality standards.

The role involves creating and maintaining test cases, documenting defects, and collaborating with senior engineers, developers, and project stakeholders to resolve issues. The QA Analyst will analyze requirements, participate in reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality control procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills to review requirements, identify inconsistencies, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Foundational experience or training in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure processes, systems,



and deliverables meet defined standards.
- Ability to perform Manual Testing and create structured Test Cases for different scenarios and use cases.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to document findings clearly and accurately.
- Basic understanding of engineering or construction processes is an advantage.
- Comfort working remotely, with good time management and self-directed learning skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Albanian and/or other regional languages is a plus.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
