We’re looking for a thoughtful and detail-driven QA Analyst to help ensure every feature meets expectations before it reaches customers. You’ll explore product behavior, challenge assumptions, uncover hidden issues, and work with engineering teams to turn findings into better and more reliable software.

? Key Responsibilities

- Review requirements, specifications, and user journeys to understand expected product behavior.
- Design practical test scenarios covering both common workflows and edge cases.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Identify unexpected behavior and create transparent, actionable defect reports.
- Re-test resolved issues and confirm fixes before release.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate root causes.
- Validate new features across relevant browsers, devices, or environments.
- Track testing progress and communicate quality risks or release concerns.
- Maintain organized test documentation and quality records.
- Recommend improvements that strengthen testing coverage and development workflows.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of software QA and testing methodologies.




- Familiarity with test scenarios, test cases, defect tracking, and regression testing.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Logical thinking with a structured approach to investigating problems.
- Interest in understanding how software works from a user’s perspective.
- Familiarity with Jira, Postman, TestRail, or similar QA tools is a plus.
- Basic SQL or API knowledge is helpful.
- Exposure to automated testing concepts is an advantage.
- Clear communication skills and a willingness to collaborate and learn.
