They're looking for a seasoned Design Architect to lead Quality Assurance across their studio. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design development of high-profile projects using Revit, ensuring precision and innovation at every stage.
- Take ownership of project delivery, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to maintain design integrity and technical excellence.
- Drive collaborative workshops and client meetings, presenting design concepts with confidence and clarity.
- Manage BIM workflows, setting standards and mentoring junior team members to optimise Revit utilisation across projects.
- Oversee coordination with consultants and contractors, ensuring seamless integration of design and technical solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of studio standards, encouraging innovative BIM practices and sustainable design methods.
- Support the preparation of planning submissions and detailed documentation aligned with project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Skills & Experience

- Proven track record leading Revit-driven architectural projects from concept to completion, ideally within a recognised studio.




- Solid proficiency in Revit is essential, with experience in high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use development projects preferred.
- Exceptional design sensibility with an ability to translate client visions into detailed technical documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to lead and mentor design teams with confidence.
- Familiarity with UK building regulations and planning processes is advantageous.
- Effective communicator with the ability to problem-solve and negotiate project constraints proactively.
