Role Description: The Qualified Carpenter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Victoria, Australia. The Carpenter will undertake day-to-day tasks including framing, installing structural components, and performing finish carpentry for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include reading and interpreting plans, measuring and cutting materials, assembling and installing fixtures,



and ensuring work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety. The role involves regular use of hand tools and power tools, performing repairs and adjustments, and collaborating with other team members and trades on-site. The Carpenter is expected to maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company policies, building codes, and OH&S; requirements.

Qualifications

- Solid carpentry skills, with experience across structural and finish work (Carpentry, Framing, Finish Carpentry).
- Proficient and safe operation of tools and equipment (Power Tools, Hand Tools).
- Relevant trade qualification in carpentry.
- Experience working on residential and commercial construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety and quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transport to various sites in Victoria.
