We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused QA Tester / Automation Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and functionality of our software applications. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, software testing, automation, and improving product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks.
- Analyze test results and investigate software failures and unexpected behaviors.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to test planning and strategy.
- Validate software functionality across different platforms, browsers, and environments.
- Perform API testing and database validation when required.
- Conduct performance, reliability, and basic security testing where applicable.
- Maintain test documentation, test reports, and quality assurance records.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation coverage.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing into development workflows.
- Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards and business requirements.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering,



Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in software testing, QA, or test automation is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of software development and software testing life cycles.
- Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and automated testing concepts.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.
- Understanding of SQL and database testing is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify software issues.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a quick-paced development environment.
- Strong interest in software quality, automation, and emerging technologies.
