? We’re Hiring: QA Tester / Automation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically minded QA Tester / Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our software products. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about software testing, automation, troubleshooting, and delivering reliable user experiences.
? Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated testing scripts and frameworks.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Analyze test results and investigate failures, errors, and unexpected application behavior.
- Perform API testing and validate backend services and integrations.
- Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and device compatibility testing.
- Perform database testing and validate data integrity using SQL where required.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and other QA team members.
- Participate in requirements reviews and identify potential quality risks early in the development process.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
- Maintain test plans, test documentation, defect reports, and QA metrics.
- Monitor product quality and provide recommendations for improving testing processes.
- Support software releases and conduct post-release validation when required.
- Research and introduce recent testing tools, frameworks, and automation practices.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in software QA, testing, or test automation is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar tools.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or another programming language.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database validation.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and version control systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential quality issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong interest in software quality, automation, and emerging technologies.
