Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Quality Assurance Consultant .

This is a Permanent Full-Time appointment.

As part of the Quality Assurance Team you will help shape a modern, risk-based assurance function that supports System Wide Workforce Services and WA Health Employees by:

- Delivering independent and objective assurance activities that support quality, compliance, payroll integrity, performance improvements and process effectiveness across System Wide Workforce Services
- Undertaking QA reviews, integrity checks and control activities to assess the accuracy, consistency and compliance of workforce transactions and processes.
- Using data, findings and trend analysis to identify risks, root causes and opportunities for improvement,



and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Partnering with operational teams and stakeholders to implement improvements, strengthen controls and enhance service delivery outcomes
