OreEx Drilling is an expanding mineral exploration drilling company specializing in reverse circulation in Western Australia. We are growing and looking for Drillers (trainee - senior) for projects in Western Australia. OreEx have a mix of sites and exploration projects (caravan) with 2:1 rosters (flexible if needed).
Key responsibilities
- Operate reverse circulation drilling equipment
- Perform grade control drilling activities
- Liaise confidently with crew members, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Set the standard for safety-first behaviours and role-model expected conduct
- Foster a positive team environment
About you
- Experience in Reverse Circulation drilling or Grade Control
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think clearly and act decisively in the field
- Heavy Rigid Drivers Licence or above (required)
- Able to pass pre-employment medical + drug & alcohol screening (required)
- Provide a national police clearance less than 6 months old (required)
- Hold a current first aid certificate (required)
- Be flexible on work locations
- Experience with Schramm T685 rigs (highly regarded)
- Certificate III or above (preferred)
