Sales Associate — VUE Property Northern Districts and Upper North Shore

VUE Property is a fast-growing, high-performing boutique agency built by agents who are still in the trenches every day.

You’ll work alongside highly skilled senior agents, learn from live campaigns and real negotiations, and get exposure to the standards required to build a serious sales career.

We’re looking for a hungry, well-presented Sales Associate to join our growing sales team.

You’ll support the full day-to-day sales process: running open homes, completing buyer callbacks, prospecting, following up leads, and building genuine relationships with buyers, vendors and the local community.

This is not a role for someone who just wants to stand at opens and collect names.

We want someone coachable, organised and prepared to put in the daily activity required to build a real business.

For the right person, this is a genuine pathway to progress into a standalone sales agent role — with training, live experience, support and the opportunity to earn your own territory over time.





As VUE expands across the Upper North Shore and Northern Districts, there is also genuine long-term opportunity to build your own team, territory and potentially lead an EBU presence in the right market.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Assisting with and running open homes
- Buyer follow-up, callbacks and private inspections
- Prospecting calls, door knocking and database growth
- Supporting listing campaigns and vendor communication
- Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers and local contacts
- Maintaining high CRM, follow-up and skilled standards

- Comfortable speaking with people and making calls
- Coachable, disciplined and hungry to improve
- Serious about building a long-term career in real estate

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
