As we continue to support our operational workforce requirements, we are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in our Eagle Farm office. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring leaders to attract and secure high-quality talent.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of blue-collar positions supporting our Australian operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and onboarding skilled candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, trades and operational roles
- Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates through various channels
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future workforce needs
- Coordinating pre-employment checks, medicals and onboarding activities




- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
- Providing market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience recruiting blue-collar, mining, construction, trades or industrial positions
- Demonstrated success managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume environment
- Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to recruitment
- Experience working with recruitment systems and job boards
- The ability to commence immediately or within a short notice period
