We are seeking applications from passionate and customer focused administration specialists for the position of Receptionist within our Founders Wing. The position will provide superior reception support to staff, visitors, students and their families. The role will also provide administration support to the Head of Boarding. - Demonstrated experience within a customer service environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, families, staff, visitors and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed customer service skills, with a professional, welcoming and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and remain calm and effective in a busy and dynamic environment.
