We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, working three days per week. In this role, you will provide front-of-house and administrative support across the firm while assisting clients, visitors and callers.
About the role
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and callers, playing an important role in providing a welcoming and qualified experience. You will be an excellent communicator, providing broad reception and administrative support across the firm, helping ensure client enquiries, correspondence and daily office requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing client queries via phone call, answering & directing incoming calls as appropriate
- Monitoring the reception inbox, responding to client requests and distributing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Managing front-of-house reception, including greeting clients and visitors
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence, including scanning, emailing, filing and distributing mail through LEAP and RTC
- Supporting the daily operation and presentation of the office, including maintaining shared areas, office supplies and end-of-day security
- Coordinating couriers,
deliveries, contractors, building maintenance and scheduled access to the office and storage areas
- Completing regular banking and Post Office duties, including recording Stamp Duty, Trust Account and Office Account cheques
- Providing general administrative support, including scanning client files, taking meeting minutes and preparing weekly settlement figures
About you The successful candidate will be a friendly, dependable and highly organised professional who takes pride in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors. You will be comfortable managing a varied workload, taking responsibilities of regular office responsibilities and supporting the wider team to ensure the office operates smoothly.

- Have previous experience in reception, administration or a client-facing role
- Be well presented, approachable and professional
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Be confident managing competing priorities and regular office responsibilities
- Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
- Bring a proactive, flexible and can-do attitude to the role
