This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, patient-focused practice where you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for every patient who walks through our doors.

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of the practice, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with our clinicians and support team to provide a seamless experience for patients from their first phone call through to their appointments and ongoing care.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming environment
- Managing appointment bookings and diary coordination
- Handling patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records




- Managing health fund claims and administrative tasks
- Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day practice operations
- Ensuring the reception area remains professional and organised

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

- Dental Experience, preferred
- Experience working on Oasis, a bonus
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about customer service
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using computers and learning recent systems
- Able to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
