Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed gross profit targets and performance KPIs
- Source, attract, interview and qualify high-calibre healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy qualification to placement and post-placement care
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and client engagement
- Convert cold, prospective and lapsed clients into active accounts
- Conduct regular candidate and client meetings to strengthen relationships and grow your market
- Ensure candidate records remain accurate, compliant and up to date




- Verify that all candidates satisfy mandatory compliance, safeguarding and training requirements prior to placement
- Manage placements proactively, including extensions, redeployments and issue resolution
- Maintain compliance with all legal, commercial, financial and data protection requirements
- Act as a positive ambassador for Globe Healthcare through professionalism, market knowledge and performance
