We are seeking an ambitious and confident individual, with strong administration and sales skills, to join our high-performing team as a Recruitment Consultant. You will be responsible for:

- Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants
- Updating and maintaining database records
- Conducting reference checks
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing applicants
- Writing and distributing marketing materials
- Administering onboarding of new candidates




- Ad hoc projects and tasks

We are looking for applicants with:
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A solid academic record
- A competitive nature
- An attitude of wanting to be the best
- At least one year of work experience in the recruitment, administration, sales, accounting/finance, marketing, or HR fields
