We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane office who shares this philosophy, values discretionary effort and has a genuine desire to learn and grow.

Our Recruitment Consultants generally join us through one of two pathways: as experienced recruiters or as industry professionals looking to apply their knowledge and experience to a career in recruitment.

We recruit across several specialist areas, including:

- Information Technology
- Accounting and Finance
- Sales and Marketing
- Strategy and Policy
- Government

As part of our Brisbane team, you will have access to a comprehensive support network, an established client and candidate base, and a strong brand to help you perform at your best.



Our structured learning and development framework will support the growth of both your recruitment capabilities and broader commercial skills. Ideally, you will:

- Have one to two years of recruitment experience or experience working in the industry you would like to recruit within
- Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence
- Be a natural and engaging communicator who brings out the best in others
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities may change
- Be highly organised and use effective processes and workflows to manage competing demands
- Enjoy problem-solving and finding practical solutions
