As our team expands, we’re looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join us and play a key role in delivering quality permanent recruitment outcomes. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, build long-term relationships with candidates and clients, and contribute to the ongoing success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Shortlisting Candidates
- Conducting interviews and group assessments
- Reviewing CVs against a job brief
- Conducting phone/video screens
- Taking a job brief from a hiring manager
- Manage end to end recruitment process for permanent and temporary roles.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
- Conduct thorough consultative interviews and group assessments and provide career guidance.
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present candidates professionally, including resume formatting.
- Complete reference checks and ensure compliance throughout the process.




- Maintain a high standard of candidate and client care to build lasting relationships.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment
- Experience in recruitment within contact centre, volume, temp or perm recruitment is essential.
- Strong ability to prioritise, multitask and manage a fast-moving desk.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-driven, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional, consultative approach with a commitment to high-quality service.
